Returns Policy

Many of our products are personalised to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged, however in the event of an error on our part, a defect in the production of your item, or damage during transit then we will offer you a replacement product or a refund.

Please notify us immediately if any items have been damaged during transit.

You may return most non-personalised, unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item or notify us of an error or defect in your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as soon as possible and may ask you to provide a photograph of any damaged or defective products. If the products are eligible for return then we will provide you with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please don’t return any items before we have approved the return.


We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Certain products may be eligible for free delivery, which will be clearly stated in the product description. If any of the products in your order do not qualify for free delivery then a delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

It typically takes 7-15 business days to complete orders for personalised products and get them delivered to your door. Please allow additional time when ordering gifts for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.

Any request to change or cancel an order should be made as soon as possible via the Contact Us page. Changes and cancellations will not be possible for personalised products that have already entered production or for any items that have already been dispatched.

We use Royal Mail second class services for the majority of deliveries. For bulky orders and/or parcels over 2kg we may, at our discretion, choose to dispatch your order via a courier service but this will not affect the price that you pay.

Postage and packaging charges are calculated based on the estimated total weight of all products and packaging in your order. Large or bulky products may include a postage ‘top-up’ fee within the retail price of the product, but will not incur additional charges at checkout beyond the standard postage and packaging costs listed below.
